Two more pounds down. I hope to keep this trend.

Usually hitting the gym tends to jack it back up but keeping the calorie count low has been helping. My somewhat reduced appetite is also helping even though it may be related to a health issue, but I am taking advantage of it while it's happening. My main goal is to eat make better choices with what I'm eating as snacks. My dog woke me up the other morning at 3:00 AM and I sat in the kitchen and ate a few radishes. I'll have to remember that the next time the dog wakes me up. Hide the cookies.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
