After some warm Spring like weather, today was the start of some rain & a decline in temperatures. By the weekend, it's going to be cold & down to freezing again.

Hubby & I had a nice day yesterday. We joined our friends at a local winery & the 6 of us spent time just catching up. We were able to sit outside in one of the seating areas & enjoy the warm weather. Afterwards, one of the couples, Hubby & I went out for wings for dinner. We ordered 20 wings, but brought home at least half.

My hips were really sore today when I got up. I think when I helped Hubby lift the box with our new chair off the truck and then helped put the old chair in the truck to be disposed of, I strained muscles I haven't been using. I was planning to change the sheets on our bed & some other housework today but put it off. I took some Tylenol & hopefully that will help. I did put a couple of the dog beds in the wash. And I prepared some packs of porkchops & salmon from Costco for smaller servings for the freezer.

I set aside some of the Salmon to cook for dinner tonight. I ate a couple of the Wings, celery sticks and some avocado for lunch. I had a taste for something sweet later, so I had a small bowl of sugar free jello & whipped cream....a smart choice @ about 28 calories 😊

66.4 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
