So this is going to sound like an excuse but I don’t feel like it is? I’m not mad at the weight gain because I worked out and pushed myself all last week. My weight went up of course BUT I did have a few too many sweets this weekend. Sister visited, grandmas birthday cake and pan (that was my choice lol). Idk if that’s a binge but it has put me in the position to keep going or give up. Today is Monday, I was 185 the highest last week and after the sweets I still “lost”. Be consistent!! That’s what has been the difference. Will I keep pushing myself? YES. Don’t beat yourself for living your life (cake) but treat your body with respect. Get movin!
