As suspected I'm back to what is my "normal" weight.

It seems at the moment i'm a bit "stuck" at this weight. I need to get myself back to a bit more "stable" lifestyle. Right now there are so many different things going on thats its so hard.

Between travelling for work, parents visiting, personal travelling...
All equals some amazingly good (and low carb) food but at irregular hours.

like today i opened my eating window at 3 and only having dinner at 8.

Oh well :)
60.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
