I'm completing my first week of changing my life. I went to the dr and she gave me a strict 2 week jump start diet to start with. The work week was definitely easier for me, as the weekend came with temptations. My family took our last snowmobiling trip this weekend. I had to make some modifications to the diet. I made the healthiest choices I could make. But, man that came with guilt. I want to do so well with this. I lost loads of weight before, but I didn't learn how to eat healthy or how to identify my triggers, etc. This time, I will change my life. ❤
