Had surgery so no ever use
Way under calories
Took Lasix and Potassium

Thank you! I’m up and going, resting as needed. Just can’t bend down or exercise. Need to clean, but that will wait. Inflammation down today and I’m hoping to set a lowest weight again next eeek. It nay be harder with no exercise, but I’m hopeful! Have an awesome day! 💜🤗🇺🇦🌻
