Still at 384 lbs. I need to get back to writing down in here all the food I eat! I have been using my free weights and hand exerciser! Gosh my arms are out of shape! It takes 48 hours after a workout to use my muscles again. So if I workout on Monday, then I can't do it again until Wed. and so on.
174.2 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

keep it up, your recovery time will improve with time. When I started doing lunges and squats I wanted to vomit from them and for days afterward I hated going up and down stairs. with in a month I was increasing my free weights and enjoying how quickly my body was adapting. chin up!
