Good drop but not for good reasons. I need to eat and get back into it. I did my exercise today. Going to still lift and do cardio. First goal is to get to 170 then 160 by June I hope. I took pictures and measurements today.
80.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
