Been rough the last week or so…. Making bad choices and can’t seem to get back on track… it’s only 1:30 and I only have 100 calories left for today ugh…. Hopefully something will get me going again! Happy weigh in to all today!
72.2 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
