disappointing last couple weeks... no drop just bouncing around the same 4lb zone up and down... i had some days where i did not track but the days were not huge binges or anything too crazy so i was hoping to at least chip down a little bit... expecting my period next week which means almost certainly no drop but increase... it's so hard to keep at it when it is like this. i've only lost 15lb in 6 months since september and i have a decent amount to lose, i feel like i should be getting a better result but no. the room for error is small... ugh, feeling annoyed today.

I feel like that too! I lost very well in the beginning. Now, I'm at the point where I always get frustrated. Same 4 pounds up then down - maybe only 1-2, then up again... I get angry and figure - screw it! I'm done. Then off I go to add 100 lbs..... I just want to stay motivated..... You are not alone!

Yep... staying on it is what's important... even if I am only losing .5 lb per week, that's 26lb in the right direction. if i don't try, it could easily be 26lb the other way... i haven't been doing much for exercise, so maybe i can try to add a little more in, and that could help me a lot :)
