Weighed in at the gym. Six pounds in a few weeks.

I'm slowly recovering from diverticulitis and went to the gym last night and did a lighter workout. It was good to get back and I was able to do most of the routine work including sit-up. I didn't push but was present and that OK for starters.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
