little drop again after eating a fairly normal sized dinner at my normal time again :)

With family visiting, weekends away, business trips, its sometimes hard to stick with my fasting hours. but alrighty these things happens...
60.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
