Someone said we should rename our Book Club " The Gourmet Book Club" last night. We have lots of good cooks as members. In fact, we never seem to have a bad dish contributed. 😁 Our Book was "Our Man From Havana" so we had a Cuban theme for our meal. We hadn't met since November, so it was really nice to get together.

My daughter Face timed me today so I could "see" my great granddaughter. ❤ My granddaughter has gone back to work 3 days a week, so her Mom is babysitting on Tues. & Thurs. when needed. The baby is such a happy girl!

It has been warm for a few days...up to 70 today. I thought it was going to rain, but we had some sunshine. Spring is not here for good, but it's nice for the days we do have.

I realized when I was getting undressed last night, my bracelet that has a lot of sentimental value was missing. I looked everywhere I had been after arriving home & didn't find it. This morning, I texted my friend who drove last night to ask her to look in her car. Her husband had taken it in for service since they had just driven it to Florida. So she promised to look after he got home. Thankfully, when he got the car cleaned, the person vacuuming it found my bracelet & put it in the cup holder. I was imagining someone sucking it up in the vacuum & never finding it. I was so happy!!

66.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
