I haven't journaled in a few days. Weight is down on the scales today 😁 I thought maybe I'd blown it on keeping the calories down yesterday afternoon. I was in the mood for a bowl of the leftover chili from SB Sunday for lunch. After adding some shredded cheese & green onion with a corn bread swirl, the calories added up....not leaving a lot for dinner. Then I got a craving for some Smart 50 cheddar popcorn late afternoon. I managed to come in pretty close to 1800 calories by cooking a Salmon filet & popping it on the top of a nice salad for dinner 😊 In fact, I cut the filet in half & shared with Hubby.

I enjoy fish, so that makes it easy to eat fewer calories. Hubby & I both ordered the Blackened Redfish for dinner on Valentines Day. It came with asparagus & smashed potatoes. We did share a slice of cheesecake for dessert but burned a few calories, taking a walk around the square after dinner.

I've been trying to get in a walk most days in the afternoon again. It's raining today, so I may miss today. Although I'm continuing to watch 2 to 3 episodes of "Brothers and Sisters" each afternoon on Hulu, I did determine @ approximately 45 min. an episode, it adds up to 2 hours....the average length of a movie. 😏 I usually eat my afternoon Lunch/ Snack while I watch. I look forward to Spring and spending more time outdoors, but for now, TV watching is in the mix.

Yesterday, I finally moved the Alpine Christmas trees out of the living room. I had stopped turning on the lights at night...decided it was time. Then, I vacuumed the downstairs and moved everything on the kitchen counters to give them a good cleaning.

Tomorrow my sister is off work so we so we've planned to do lunch in town ( I usually go to her & meet on her lunch hour) then go to the shops & antique stores. It's supposed to be sunny again mid 50's...so should be a nice afternoon.

My phone did an update a few days ago. Afterwards, the shortcut I use to access my calculator while in the FS app had disappeared. I got really frustrated cause I couldn't remember what the shortcut was called to try to fix it. Everything I tried didn't work, & I made it even worse at one point as Hubby calls it "pushing buttons". Finally, I found the function in my settings and was able to Google a fix....updating my Galaxy Apps. Technology is great....til it isn't 😐 I use the FS phone app & don't need any glitches hampering my tracking.

66.3 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
