One week of doing low carb/low calorie, and I've lost 6 lbs. That's after being stalled for a while doing hi fat. Thinking I may just need to switch things up every few weeks so my body doesn't adjust so quickly to my WOE.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
