Finally got settled into our new home in a new state- huge life change indeed! Two weeks ago began my change in mindset of getting healthy again! I started at 232lbs weighed in this morning and it is 220lbs! My goal is 160lbs - started working out with my bonus daughter yesterday in her home gym- our goal is 4 times a week!
99.8 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
