Weight gain is probably from inflammation due to a pinched nerve in the back of my hip. Saturday night I slipped on some ice at home (didn’t fall!) and came in with some intense pain that started in the back of my hip and ran down my leg. This is a common spot for me to have a pinched nerve so I know exactly what stretches to do to help wiggle it loose along with the over the counter meds that help enough with the pain to do said stretches. Resting and stretching today, and hoping to get back into the workout routine I was doing.
