Nowadays i'm eating alot- ice creams, biscuits- how much i break the rules that much i move :/ yes. eating ice cream = min.20 minutes more walking. otherwise i wouldn't be survived.Anyway i must learn to say 'no' to my stomach:/ have a nice diet :D
51.9 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
