I've backed my calories down since I'm lifting as heavy and mainly using dumbbells and doing unilateral work. I also noticed my stomach is getting a little fatter. I'm working on trying to get a six pack and hopefully that'll help get rid of this loose skin on my abdomen
61.2 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
