Bit of a bad week, been comfort eating, just finished chatting to daughter in Australia, they are building a “donger “ for when I go over.. bit like a granny flat on their land, so more motivated now
142.4 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Booty. Thanks, I am please the word Donger, didn’t confuse you. I am strong, having a blood test on the 24th to check the cancer markers are all ok. When I get those results, I will update my passport, look at flights in October, do more exercise after the op, as I am now allowed to

Don't be so hard on urself kay, u think from my own experience that sometime I try too hard instead of cutting down and back, which ever way it is ull do it good luck xx
