Well the loss has slowed a little but it's still going down! wow hoo! I realized that I've lost about 10 lbs now since December! I know it doesn't seem like a lot in 5-6 months but most of it has been in this past month or so, which is what makes me happy! I think my climate might have something to do with my weight. I was skinny as a kid living in BC and now that I've been great white north of the NT for 15yrs I notice I've done nothing but struggle to keep the weight off. Almost all of my weight loss happens in the short summer and in most cases I've gained for many reasons (xmas) in the winter.
Don't get me wrong I gained a lot more when I had my kids and its harder to get it back off but at any other time it's been like I'm trying to make insulation.LOL! Well maybe I'll confirm my idea one day when I move south again which I hope is sooner rather than later. Either way I'm still going down today!
84.4 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Down is always a good thing when that's the direction we're intending to go. You're losing gradually over time which is also good, weight that goes off fast comes back on fast if we're not careful. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! You are right I wouldn't want to lose it all over night as nice as it would be it would surely come back way too fast!
