I just felt like having tortilla chicken soup last night so I opted for 4 Scoop chips. It was satisfying.
A little nauseated this morning so I had some saltines with my banana. I suppose I'm in withdrawal from not getting my Coffeemate Coconut Creme, but it seems to be helping. I'm ok with 2 lbs down since Monday.
It appears I need to really watch the carbs and fats. Just need to focus.

People are walking around the office today with boxes of cute cupcakes with daisies on them offering them up to anybody that will eat them. I don't dare ask if they are Sprinkles Cupcakes. NO. I won't. And.. there's a retirement party at 2pm for a sweet gentleman. Cake will be served. NO. I won't eat it. I am stuffing myself with apples and watermelon now.
~sigh~ #sabotagefail!
