was quite ill for the past two weeks and had to take alot of meds which made me eat too much and thought my scale would look so bad when I got back on the wagon but Surprise surprise !!!! Happy I'm back on my feet and ready to grind💪💪💪
89.8 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 29.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
