Last weigh in before my birthday weekend 🎉, really happy with myself as I had a target of being within 63kgs before I turned 32! 💜

63.7 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg. Still to go: 0.8 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.7 kg a Week
