Not surprised...Ate Black Bear french toast for breakfast yesterday...then was a free for all all day! I seems like when I start the day with sugar I can't stop... working out today so I'll get back on track..
60.6 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
