Did some stress eating yesterday afternoon. and then didnt have many calories for dinner. Ended up extra snacking after dinner. but still managed to lose 0.6 lbs for the day.
111.5 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 34.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
