Yes! Lowest weight in a year even after free day! I stayed under calories, but wasn’t as healthy as I like. I had lost 14 lbs last year then gained that back plus some. No more! Down and down. I can tell the Kenalog shot
definitely helped with inflammation. Have an awesome day! 🤗💜🌈🌻
86.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
