Been difficult to get back into the routine after being away for so many months. Had a personal crisis in December that continues to echo into the present, which has led to some adverse lifestyle recidivism.
But working on it.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
