Ugh inflammation up. My fat was 1% higher. I’ll keep on!
Took Lasix and Potassium
88.2 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Forget about it… bounce back is coming!

It’s just frustrating with inflammation. Bounced back today after Lasix. My lowest weight ever today. 14 lbs down. I didn’t do my inches, but I should have. I’ll try to get a before abc after so far. I carry weight well. Definitely keeping protein higher than fat is my path. Thanks for the encouragement and support!
