Got in a walk this afternoon. Also moved the boxes of Christmas decorations out to the garage. They've been neatly stacked along the wall in the dining room. And I vacuumed the down stars floor & the stairs. I've been feeling kinda blah & not real motivated. I keep the house tidy, make the bed, clean the kitchen etc. but not motivated to do more. It's not unusual this time of year for me to feel that way.

Some days I feel like nibbling just because...not cause I'm hungry. It's annoying to know if I give in to my urges It's going to hike up my calorie count 😒 I'm not tempted to eat a whole bag of chips or a whole cake. I don't eat a carton of ice cream in one sitting. I just want to be able to eat a snack, have a cup of hot chocolate, a couple of cookies & not have to worry about my weight. I haven't done great today. I've logged everything but there's not enough calories left for a proper dinner. Oh, well I'll try to do better tomorrow.

I'm ready for Spring, warm weather and things to do outdoors.

We're getting together with family to celebrate my sister's birthday on Saturday. We're going to a nice Tex-Mex resteraunt.

Time to feed the dogs & make dinner. Leftover burgers & a salad for dinner.
