I really have to get back to my weight loss plan I'm getting to be unhappy with myself gaining this much since fall. I didn't work this hard at changing my habits to end up not changing anything in the end:(
75.0 kg Lost so far: 18.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
