What does one expect when you have a 3 day weekend on the lake? WEIGHT GAIN, that's what? I'll just have to work out 3 X as hard THIS week to make up for it!

Why look good and be healthy if you can't let go and have some fun every so often? Just get back on the wagon and all will be well.
