not sure what happened, I've been so good with my calories and really used my exercise last week - I should have really dropped. I can only think that maybe I was dehydrated last week 😶
113.8 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I get it my numbers are weird I seem to drop only once or twice a week now it’s frustrating as I work hard on it everyday. Definitely a slower loss now that I’m older and sometimes for no reason you’re up for 2 or 3 days or the scale doesn’t budge for 3 days. Hang in there it will come

When you exercise constantly, you don’t see the changes on scale only. Some of the fat goes away and muscles are built. And weight fluctuation is normal. Hang in there and you will see results.

water water water! I make sure to drink a minimum of 12 glasses a day...when I do that it helps. only issue is non stop bathroom breaks
