Sunday was my "cheat day" so i went crazy on purpose as an experiment and had about 3000-5000 calories (3000 is what i think i had but if some of my estimates were off it wasnt over 5k calories.
113.0 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
