I think I can just about call my goal met - been hovering in blue between 115-117 for a couple weeks now!

I'm going to keep my intake the same for a little longer then step up to 1700Cal and see how that goes. My "maintenance" is calculated anywhere between 1600-2200 so figuring out what that means for me without gaining is gonna suuuuuuuck.

I'd appreciate any advice/experience from those who have met their goal and figured out their maintenance plan!
