yay!
finally my weight dropped back!

it could be the hormones stabilising, no Atkins products, cutting out the chia seeds or just because I did some good fasting this weekend - in the end I don't care why but just glad it dropped!

now need to maintain!

All I know is atkins bars for now are out!
61 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
