Gained a little weight since my last weigh in 2 weeks ago, but not a problem since it's still below my goal weight, LOL.

Spent the last 2 weeks at the 2014 Reversing Diabetes World Summit, which required 5-6 hours of lectures daily and an equal amount of study, so that is why I haven't been keeping up on FS. I learned a tremendous amount of useful new info and reinforced much of what I already was doing.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
