I'M ON A ROLL.....actually a foam roll to be specific! Jason my 24 hour fitness trainer and I decided that Flexibility would be a great lesson to learn. He taught me about Self-Myofacial Release Stretching. I would highly recommend this to anyone at any age as it is like being your own massage therapist and or chiropractor.

Today, is my second session with Jason and I have a feeling I will learn a lot again and am looking forward to it. "COOL, I weighed in .5 less after today's session with Jason. Jason is a serious dude without much of a personality as he is hard to engage with but he does seem very knowledgeable about the body. Treadmill interval training and planks" Standing up tall with correct posture is my goal as I feel it will help me build core strength and is a great place to start at this point in my life! My mother always told me "stand up straight and walk tall" I am finally listening. I am the Body Whisperer lmao!!!!! TOWANDA!!!!!

So what is a 24 hr fitness trainer? Is he on call for you whenever you want to work out?

Lol I wish but when you think about it I do have a 24 hour fitness trainer and that is the trainer within me! As I practice the knowledge that my body is my gym I am my own 24 hour fitness trainer! Good throught Coco. TOWANDA!!!!

Hi Lisa! Yay for all your fun exercise! You're having fun and getting fit at the same time! My mom also told me since I was little to walk tall and pretty as a girl. And I listened to her. People think I'm taller than my height because of my walking. Thanks always for your support, my friend! Have a happy evening!:)
