The first week or so I always find so easy. Probably just losing glycogen and water. Still, it's a nice way to start out, and it feels good to begin with some progress!
143.8 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 62.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
