Tomorrow I go to 45 minutes on my three-times-a-week dumbbell program. I'm thinking about adding five minutes a week until I max out at an hour.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
