Okay since starting FS I have lost almost 8 lbs in 6 weeks and I’m so close to my goal weight. however I just checked into al all inclusive resort for one week in the Caribbean. It’s a beautiful resort with delicious food and unlimited alcohol. I’m going to try to be good but I anticipate gaining almost all of my losses. Here goes!

66.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
