It’s interesting that there’s a sweet spot for weight loss and caloric intake. The days I eat less than 1300 calories, I lose very little weight; it’s like my body goes into storage mode. Holy finicky!!
72.9 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
