After 2 weeks of 4x a week, routine is this:
4x week
15 min treadmill- any pace, just do it girl!!!
30 min water weight cardio w/4x jump Jax HIIT min
6x weekly
25 min brisk afternoon dog walk! Love my dog!
I can keep on this! I feel great and telling myself to remember this feeling!
91.0 kg Lost so far: 34.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week

CrystalJo74, we are all in this together—-we all need as much encouragement as we can get!!! I try very hard to cheerleader myself through this. I’m just done being lethargic and sore, and groggy, bloated and just down on myself and that whole roller coaster. If I help others- BONUS!!!! Have a super weekend!!!
