woohooooooo down 2.4 pounds this week! The time in the gym and tracking has been the key. Also I planned well for the weekends and set myself up for success! Yay!
72.0 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
