was cheat day Sunday and i really over did it i think. had an extra 1500 calories i didnt even log (maybe 2000 extra) but didnt gain or lose, hmm odd.
114.0 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
