Phew. All the gained weight is off again. I was so proud of my incredible new low last Saturday, and somewhat bummed out Sunday and yesterday seeing that I re-gained a lot of it (though it was mostly water imbalance and those other factors that we just have to deal with). However, today I lost it all again, and then some. :)
I am at a new low, and soooooo close to being at 90% of my goal. Will this week bring me the blue progress bar here on FatSecret? That would be NICE! Honestly, I am not completely sure when it comes, but I assume at 90% progress. ...or is it 95%
114.3 kg Lost so far: 40.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
