Just signing in to the site (10:48pm). Been in training class all day and much to my dismay they did not have the usual cold cuts (I had a plan), but bbq. Portion size I was pretty good. Skittles (sugar kick when the focus was wavering...) were the 'downfall.' Just started (Monday) a kick start eating plan for next 10 days. There will be meals that I will not be able to plan for or have something in place of it....will have to enjoy in moderation. BBQ today -- 1/2 c, 1 dinner roll, 1/4 c white rice, 1/2 c sodium loaded green beans, and 12 oz sweet tea. Apple on the way home....really was ready to chew my arm off by that time of day (nearly 5pm, and we'd eaten lunch around 12pm.). Well, off to update meal and then off to bed. Five am will come around soon -- Turbo Jam 20 minutes -- and then leaving house by 7am for training class - day two!
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
