Sticking to an hour of Pilates a day. Tomorrow is my off day but I'm thinking about doing a half hour of Harvard Health Newsletter gentle core exercises to make up for the half hour of Pilates I lost this week.
72.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
