A little scale jump today. Probably because I have covid and lounged all day yesterday, not eating the best. Had a very large soup for dinner. Just walked 10km, so back on track!!!
99.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
