First day of tacking five minutes onto my thrice-weekly dumbbell lifting. I'm adding five minutes a week until I hit 45. Then I will look at buying more dumbbells.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
